Delivery Informaiton

London Online Store Limited uses the Royal Mail and Courier Services to deliver your orders. Delivery charges are based upon the overall weight and dimension of the packet or parcel being sent. The website automatically calculates the cheapest delivery, however you can select different options if you so wish. All items delivered will require a signature, so we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. We aim to process your order within 48 hours (as long as the product(s) and/or publication(s) are in stock). You will receive a email dispatch notification from us the day your order is to be dispatched. You will see listed below the relevant prices structure for your part of the world.

United Kingdom
Once you have received your email dispatch notification from us, your order will be sent out via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery Postage which should arrived the following day, (however please allow up to 3 working days for delivery) or via Special Next Day Delivery which will guarantee delivery by 1.00pm the next day from receipt of our email dispatch notification. If you have not received delivery of your order within 14 days of receipt of our email dispatch notification you may cancel the order and we will refund any monies paid by you to us. The exception to this rule is on all orders classed as Special Delivery Items which will have a surcharge added to the postage which will be stated within the product information. Please note that if you have ordered more than one product(s) and/or publication(s) they may be despatched separately and arrive to you at different times.

If you have not received delivery of your order within 28 days of receipt of our email dispatch notification you may cancel the order and we will refund any monies paid by you to us. The exception to this rule is on all Special Order Items that will be delivered as stated within the product information. Please note that if you have ordered more than one product(s) and/or publication(s) they may be despatched separately and arrive to you at different times.

If you have not received delivery of your order within 28 days of receipt of our email dispatch notification you may cancel the order and we will refund any monies paid by you to us.
