Purchases from, and use of, this website incorporate the following Terms and Conditions, your continued purchase(s) from and use of, this website indicates that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions to which you are bound. You agree that nothing in these terms and conditions constitutes a relationship of partnership, agency, trust or fiduciaries between us and you.

London Online Store Limited is Registered in England (Company Registration Number 06826764), our  Registered Office is 47 High Street, Barnet, Herts EN5 5UW and our HM Revenue & Customs Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Number is 947 5768 62.

London Online Store Limited's Privacy Policy, Delivery Information and Returns Policy forms part of these terms and conditions, and together they contain all of the terms relating to the use of our website. You must read these pages before you place an order.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time, and the amended terms will be posted on our website.

2. Purchasing and Ordering
To buy goods or services from us you must be 18 years or over.

London Online Store makes every effort to present the product(s) and/or publication(s) on our website as accurately as possible. However be aware that the information may change, be inaccurate or become out of date. We therefore cannot guarantee that product images are an accurate representation of the actual product(s) and/or publication(s) purchased.

All orders are subject to acceptance and the availability of the product(s) and/or publication(s) ordered. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the product(s) and/or publication(s) at the price set out in the order and allowing us to use your personal details to supply the products. Once you complete an online order you will be sent a confirmation email of your requested order, at this point a binding agreement between us and you will exist. In certain circumstances, it will be possible for us to cancel a part of or all of your requested order. Whilst we are under no obligation to accept you order, we would normally do so where the product(s), publication(s) are available once approved by our payment gateway card issuer.

We advise you to print a copy of your order sent to you by email for future reference.

You can contact us by telephone regarding your order on 020 700 2642. We are open 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday - Thursday and 8.30am to 5.00pm on Friday’s. We are closed at weekends and bank holidays.

All item prices include VAT where payable at the current rate. If you change the currency please note you will be charged in Pounds Sterling. The postage is set by default to the lowest cost available, although where applicable you have the choice to select different postal rates if required. Postage is added to each line item ordered and is dependent on the total weight of that item. You must read the Delivery Information page.

Credit Card payments are powered by the payment gateway Sage Pay (the new name for Protx), Sage Pay do not hold information about your order, and are not authorised to provide refunds - they are responsible only for processing payments. Sage Pay has its this own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy which you must read.

After your contract has been accepted by us you have the right to cancel the order for up to seven working days, starting from the day after the day on which you received the item(s).

Please Note - We close each year over the Christmas period. All customer will be informed when we will be closed in advance. During this closure orders can be placed but will NOT be posted out until we return in the New Year.

Under the Consumer Protection regulations if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you can return it to us at 431 Caledonian Road, London N7 9BG within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding return postage) as long as the goods are in their original condition.

Should your purchase arrive faulty or damaged you can return it to us at 431 Caledonian Road, London N7 9BG within 14 days for a full refund (including return postage) or request a replacement. You must read our Returns Policy.

Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.

3. Materials in site and software rights
All copyrights, trademarks, design rights and other intellectual property rights relating to our website (including, but not limited to, the underlying software, the design, graphics, layout, feel, and structure of our  website) will remain the sole property of London Online Store Ltd and our licensors.

You may view, use, download, and store the material on this website for personal and research use only. Commercial use is not permitted. Redistributing, republishing, copying, adapting or otherwise making material on this website available to third parties is prohibited.

The information in this website is given in good faith and for general information and interest only. It is subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is correct but we cannot guarantee that it is free of inaccuracies, errors and omissions.

4. Our Liability
Users of this website are responsible for any decisions they take based on information provided. We do not accept liability (as far as permitted) for any loss arising from using or relying on information or links included in this sites.

Arrangements made between you and any third party named or referred to on the website are entirely at your sole risk and responsibility.

Our website may contain links to other sites, which are outside our control and are not covered by these terms and conditions. If you access other sites using the links provided, we cannot be responsible for the content of those sites or for the way in which they deal with you.

We cannot guarantee that this website will be compatible with all hardware and software that may be used by visitors to the site.

You shall compensate us in full if we incur any losses or if any claims or legal proceedings are brought or threatened against us by any other person arising from your use of our website.

This Agreement is deemed to be made in England and is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We reserve the right to update, suspend, vary, withdraw or stop any part of our website.

If you do any of the following, we may terminate this Agreement immediately:
- fail to pay the charges when due
- breach this Agreement in any other way

If the Agreement is terminated under this clause, you will still be liable for all charges that you owe us up to the date of termination.
